The Teacher According to Saint Thomas Aquinas
This seminar presents the conception of teaching in St. Thomas Aquinas based on Disputed Questions on Truth, question XI, The Teacher, and Summa Theologiae, I, question 117. The instructor will understand how the action of the teacher, the intellectual activity of the student, and truth are related, and will be able to translate these principles into concrete decisions in their educational work.
